1. What are the clinic hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Wednesday from 8:00am to 10:00 am and Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
2. Do I need an appointment?
Yes, an appointment is recommended in order to get the best service possible. Walk-ins are accepted; however, they are not able to be seen until the scheduled appointments have been served.
3. What form of payments are accepted?
Cash, checks, mastercard,and visa are accepted. No payment plans are provided; payment is expected at time of services. We do offer care credit for emergency situations where short term payments are needed. You can call for care credit application to 865-828-4610.
4. At what age are vaccinations started?
We recommend starting vaccines with a puppy or kitten at 6 weeks of age. At that first appointment, we can discuss a vaccination schedule for your individual pet.
